We deploy a well tried out recruitment process for each assignment as defined below. Each assignment would be addressed by a senior resource at NovoTree Minds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. During the recruitment life cycle, there would be a continuous engagement with a member of your team exchanging information & developments at each stage. Based on the given below activity, we would be open to modifying the processes to better align your expectations and our capabilities.Also we ensure that absolute confidentiality would be maintained during the entire recruitment process.
We would have a detailed discussion with you to understand insights of the job requirement, including qualifications, skills needed, reporting, and compensation etc. We would also understand career growth, challenges in the role personality traits desired, interview process among other factors. The data would be captured in our internal “Job summary” sheet.
We would conduct a research and identify organizations from where such talent could be located. Organization research would be focus on many factors including skill availability, general culture reputation, size, location, etc. Through a network built over the years, we would identify key potential candidates who may potentially fit the job requirement. Our source points would include a database built over a period of time, social networking websites, our own portal advertisement, referrals etc. We would ensure that there would be no occasion where your organization would be linked to the opportunity.
We then engage with candidates and explore their openness to considering a change in jobs. If in affirmative, we would receive their profile before engaging further on the assignment. Should there be a potential suitability of the candidate, we would have telephonic/ personal meeting to gather more insights into their candidature. This would include validating critical information as captured in the CV including education, job content & skills, reporting relationships, challenges faced and successes, reason if any for job change, general expectations, next role / organization etc. Should we see a broad match to the opportunity, we would then detail out the opportunity to them, “selling” the opportunity to the candidate by positioning your organization in the true light.
We would then present the right fit profiles to you for your perusal. We would also provide you with relevant information as well as our assessment of the candidate and expectations. Typically each assignment would have pipeline of 3-5 potential candidates at a given point of time.
Post the interview process, we could provide inputs on the compensation to be offered and its structure. Further, we would follow – up with the candidate to accept the offer. We would work with your team in negotiating an acceptable compensation offer to the candidate. Once the offer is accepted, have a continuous dialogue with the candidate till joining. We would also conduct reference checks once the candidate joins.
We work with you to coordinate the interviews, personal or otherwise. At every stage we would keep ourselves abreast with opinions and feedback for necessary alignment and refinements in selection. We also suggest having a backup candidate in the eventuality of an offered candidate backing out, not accepting the offer or going back on their commitment after accepting the offer.
